Gently swipe the balm
under your eyes (outer corner inward) and use your ring finger to gently tap
and blend. Depending on the amount of product that has been transferred to your skin, use your finger to spread onto your eyelids or apply more with the
balm.  You can also use remaining product on your finger to spread above the eyebrows.

Directly glide over
the lips and then again around the mouth. Use fingertip to blend and push
outward onto smile lines. A bit like the joker tbh.
